Ramon Talwwar is a result-focused strategic Professional, commanding over two decades of leadership experience in Capital Market & Investment Banking. He has an extensive experience in the area of Capital Market, Business Management and Strategy, Corporate Finance, Private Equity & Investment Banking and identifying new market opportunities. He has a diverse portfolio encompassing Private Equity Investments, Equity capital market transactions (IPOs, QIPs and rights issues) by Indian companies and foreign institutional investments into India. He has been involved in restructuring of debt and equity-linked instruments, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity placement, structured transactions and Merger & Acquisitions. He carries the overall responsibility of serving Investments strategies across several asset classes, Treasury Management & maintaining strategic relationships with key corporate clients and high net worth individuals & family offices within the country and overseas. He advises clients on a wide range of transactions, including minority stake purchases, control deals and buyouts, acquisition finance, negotiations and regulations issued by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI PFRDA and other sector regulators. An IIM Kozhikode Alumni, has also completed his CFA & Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance & Investment banking from Columbia University. He also holds a bachelor degree in Law and also completed his LL.M in Corporate Law & Taxation.
