Mr. Shukla has received his LL.B. Degree from the University of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a member of the Bar counsel Delhi vide Enrollment No. D/88- A/2005 and New Delhi Bar Association. He has worked with Kanth and Associates heading the litigation cell pertaining to cases of electricity disputes before Consumer Court and Special Courts. His practice areas include Debt Recovery Laws, Banking Laws, Electricity Laws, Constitutional Law, Service Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law and Energy. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the District Courts.
